How fast will I see results?

Most clients notice visible changes within 3–4 weeks when following the program consistently. Significant transformations typically happen in the 8–16 week range. Results depend on your consistency, starting point, and which program you're on — but with our system, results are not optional, they're engineered.

I have no gym experience. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Many of our best transformation stories started with complete beginners. We build your program from your current baseline and scale progressively. No experience is necessary — just commitment and the willingness to learn.

Do you cater to vegetarians and Indian diets?

Yes — the majority of my clients are vegetarian. All nutrition plans are built around foods you actually eat. I understand Indian food culture deeply and create plans that are high-protein, macro-balanced, and culturally familiar. No boiled chicken required.

How does online coaching work?

After enrollment, you receive access to our coaching app where your program, nutrition plan, and check-in forms live. Weekly video check-ins are conducted via Google Meet. Form review videos are submitted via WhatsApp. The system is designed so that geography is irrelevant — results are the same whether you're in Mumbai or Melbourne.

What makes you different from other coaches?
